Asset Inventory Service
This page is only displayed if you have a license for the Asset Inventory Service. The Asset Inventory Service is an add-on and requires a separate license.
In this tab, you can make the necessary configurations for analyzing assets with or without the Asset Inventory Service.
Global settings
If you select the checkbox, an analysis of all assets in the system is performed after each component check-in.
In the Component Type Editor module, you can deactivate the analysis for individual assets for all components of a component type.
In the Component configuration dialog in the UserClient, you can exclude individual components from the analysis.
If the checkbox in the Global settings section has been deactivated, no asset analysis will be performed. This checkbox cannot be activated for individual component types or components.
Server settings
If you have a license for the Asset Inventory Service, you can specify the IP address of the corresponding CTD server here.
Environment variables
The connection between the Asset Inventory Service and versiondog can be established using environment variables in which the IP address of the CTD server and an access token for this server are stored.
-
Activate the checkbox Use Environment Variables to start ClarotyConnect.exe.
-
Enter the IP address of the CTD server again.
-
Click the Retrieve button to obtain an access token.
-
The dialog Retrieve Claroty web token will open.
-
Enter your user name and password for the CTD server in the dialog fields and confirm by clicking on OK.
-
The token will be displayed in the field Access token.
Example for a token:
curl -X POST https://10.1.200.101/auth/authenticate --insecure -H "Authorization:Authorization" -H "Content-Type:application/json" -H "Accept:application/json" --data-raw "{\"username\": \"<Benutzername>\", \"password\": \"<Passwort\"}" {"customer_name":"","first_name":"admin","id":1,"last_name":"","mail":"admin","password_expired":false,"token":"eyJ0eXAiOiJKV1QiLCJhbGciOiJSUzI1NiJ9.eyJleHAiOjE2ODE5MzQwOTcsInVzZXJfaWQiOjEsImlzX2FkbWluIjp0cnVlLCJwYXNzd29yZF9leHBpcmVkIjpmYWxzZX0.paDQ4SCiBWOziuQufWpaQj8RlkJki1-gZ9I79W4Kvb2L1DwAVhW5-3AkMP8u72EqNaT_UkMkCYP569N0p7oBcqCKgcGikWBtOQZvg56SNPI_AMRUVQyAzrcC99e3gEEGmSdl9Pi0gq5g47pJ8cdilLudaZWRTyzt48RyTlr_Vg4Ds5OYslL7KutarieE9gyCKnEPnf4U0TpeiVuSI33R9H8wICREqMMNNYgocuO3wcI2G1GBzBeHcrpestPQw9zcUobejv_IDo9993woBZv_9-Rh9Xkp4hcw0kWtHFHSkFOnfg4JRWkmY7RCRvdrxfzJq6jRNLo_brdGv01VWU89UiP3cDYsW-I712aZoZd2cIMyaaX2zPcQbDOTYDhRE59yB579MD7dDJtx7O5KG4y970vPFewwZJvwTCEKCqsldz7rp7heOX0BJwSqh6tTGebnD7vvPrHPZMf4lMX1pTu991prUnISi9XpBBUFoJJPGmHaDKCEvXxlmu70yaUQkaYiKLLo5Db6r7afwI8DRQE8Qdjk-R-L1zOagyJqbZkQyaOHB9_WwVkxmq0cqa65UUtaU6h_FOZL4XWIHr7bsyYduHkIEumCeZkhtucIL_xb0YFBcBQ0pQla9OpGnhdxSvfkJOPa6NBVusDv6zSVkeP2-pQn8rk883mXPZHOZkwMiU8","username":"admin"} |
