License report

If you are asked to send your usage information to AUVESY-MDT you can do this via the License report. The License report can be used to send information about license usage to AUVESY-MDT automatically or manually. The License report is located in the AdminClient, in the Global settings.

During an versiondog update, previously set values in the License report dialog are retained.

Uploading the usage information automatically

Automatic uploading ensures that the usage information is automatically sent to AUVESY-MDT at regular intervals of 30 days.

  1. Select AdminClient -> Global settings -> License report.
  2. Check the checkbox Automatically provide usage information.
  3. Select Test upload to ensure that the transfer is successful.
  4. Confirm your changes by clicking on OK.

 

Upload test error due to SSH Certificate

If the Test upload fails with the error message "Error calling a cURL Function [ID 20050]", execute the following command line on the server:

certutil -generateSSTFromWU roots.sst

certutil -addstore -f root roots.sst

del roots.sst


Uploading the usage information manually

  1. Select AdminClient -> Global settings -> License report.
  2. Download the usage information by clicking on the Download file button.
  3. Open the link https://api.auvesy-mdt.com/upload/v1-next.
  4. Select the files you want to submit to AUVESY-MDT by clicking the Select button.
